Able to manages multiple, large business and smaller enterprise projects with a medium level of supervision 2. Drives 3rd party vendors and associates to desired results *Negotiating/Conflict Resolution:* 1. Demonstrates ability to have productive working relationship with 3rd party entities (such as vendors) 2. Works with project team and all disparate viewpoints to achieve solutions acceptable by all levels of management *Risk Management* 1. Demonstrates ability to analyze exposure to risk and determine how to prioritize and manage such exposure * * *Communication:* 1. Communicates clearly with all levels including Executives and Sponsors 2. Effectively interacts with customers through listening attentively to stakeholders and keeping stakeholders informed regarding the status of projects *Team Building* 1. Able to bring a group of disparate functions together to a single focused team to improve the performance of the team overall 2. Shows adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability; provides a positive influence in the work environment *Innovation and Creativity* 1. Appropriately defines a problem and applies knowledge gained from previous issues and solutions to resolve a current challenge 2.
