*Position*: SAP Solution Manager Project Implementation Consultant - Level II *Location*: NJ *Duration:* 5 Months This role is focused on the specialized discipline of implementing SAP’s Change Request Management solution (ChaRM). Candidates that are able to exhibit traits of consistency, continuity, and efficiency will be considered. This role requires skills and capability in the following areas: At least 3+ ChaRM implementations with 1+ implementations of ChaRM in Solution Manager 7.1 (ChaRM in Solution Manager 7.1 ramp-up partner experience will be considered). Able to lead design sessions with PMO, project, process, security, BASIS and other teams in order to create, drive, and communicate the overall ChaRM vision. Working knowledge of the enhancements to ChaRM in Solution Manager 7.1. Able to determine critical areas for organizational impact and make recommendations for managing change. Previous experience in designing a transition plan between legacy change control tool and ChaRM. Able to perform hands-on and virtual training of geographically dispersed teams (fluent English speaking). Able to configure and build a proof of concept ChaRM solution or working solution in a development environment.
