Position : Performance Tester Location : El Segundo, CA Duration : 6 Months Job Description: Strong LoadRunner experience along SQL Work closely with operation and development teams to identify, isolate and debug root causes of web site performance issues. Demonstrate expert level knowledge on performance testing tools. Identify type of performance tests needed based on the business and technical requirements. Analyze performance testing results to identify issues and work with architects and development teams to suggest improvements and drive issues to resolutions. Define benchmarks of measuring website performance. Provide guidance to development teams to ensure any project deliveries will not impact performance. Communicate performance results and resolutions in appropriate manner to executives and project teams. Contribute to the project success in a team environment while simultaneously completing individual tasks and goals. Participate architecture review meetings and major project scrum meetings and suggest appropriate changes needed.
