*Position*: Project Manager(QA/JAVA) *Location:* Beaverton, OR *Duration*: 8 months *Job Description* This is a PM QA Testing Manager, read the job description. This is a very high level manager and project. Background & overview of project to be described within this section, specifically noting the project objective and key phases instrumental to delivery. PMM is a program consistenting of many multiple projects(PIM retrofit, MMX, FW Retrofit, FW Analytical reporting. This programt has been in implementation since May 2010. It is delivering functionality for Nike’s product mgt and merchandising functions for executing line mgt and planning of Nike’s product lines across FW, Apparel and Equipment for Nike global and all geographies and countries. It will replace custom merchandising and line mgt systems that were specifically built for Apparel countries, FW countries and also customs Apparel and Equip systems build for global/regional line planning/mgt. *Qualifications* Additional Job Details: Summary of the project engagement should be detailed within this section. List any specific applications, users, features, deliverables, training, support, engagement approach, engagement schedule and engagement steps. The PMM program has many testing tracks across all the projects, this is requiring a Testing Manager to help manage and coordinate all these activities. Testing activities include: unit testing, integration testing, migration testing, performance testing, user acceptance and business process testing, regression testing, etc. Testing is performed by a QA team both onshore and offshore. Additionally other teams and business users participate in business testing, data validation, and integration testing. • Manage testing for MMX project: o Responsible for successful planning, coordination, and execution of SIT, SiL, business data validation, ongoing business engagement o Develop and execute overall testing plan for MMX program o Partner with key PPI and business team members to develop overall testing / user acceptance approach o Plan the work tracks o Implement and manage testing defect/issue reporting and management process o Establish resource requirements and engage with PPI/business to obtain resource commitment, PCS management for technical resources ? Ensure adequate lead time is given on resource requests o Develop entry and exit criteria for all major testing activities o Monitor and report progress o Work with PPI, business users, and SIT/SiL coordinator (Jimmie Golez) on ongoing business engagement, SIT/SiL execution o Work with Migration team (Dyanna Garcia) on timing of data migrations, population of testing environments, etc. o Establish technical environment needs and work with environment coordinator to ensure needs are met o Arrange for required facilities and equipment (rooms, PCs, etc.) o Leverage PCS MMX team QA resources and test scripts to streamline testing o Review development team QA practices • Qualifications: Good communication and facilitation skills, quality testing/assurance background, project management background. • A person who has managed projects and quality testing would be a good fit.
