Title Database Marketing Manager located in NYC, NY Description Primary Responsibility: The Database marketing manager is responsible for leading the execution of the analytics and data strategy to meet the needs of the marketing organization. The functions that the data strategy supports and impacts include campaign development and testing, list creation, data overlays, data analysis and reporting, data feed creation as well as process integrity. The incumbent functions as a marketing data steward, analytic expert and must be intimately familiar with not only marketing-generated data, but also data created and stored by sales, operations, information warehouse, set-top box, audience measurement and metrics organizations in order to make this data accessible for use in detailed and complex campaigning and analytic functions. Responsibilities include ensuring process integrity for key database systems including SAS and Epiphany. The database marketing manager is also responsible for identifying new data sources for analysis and campaigns and helping to secure access and enabling users access. Qualifications 8+ years of data analysis and data base system analysis Advanced knowledge of SAS and data analytics SQL and SAS programming Experience as a user or support for Epiphany or Unica preferred Excellent communication, project management skills as well as a team player
