C2C max.* *1+ year contract* *MOI: Phone and Skype* *Position Description:* Provide data architectural leadership in developing enterprise data/process models, and logical/physical database designs. Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support. Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements. Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Business analysis. Business process modeling - enterprise to department level. Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams. *REQUIRED:* 6 years related experience. Must have 3-year experience in healthcare. Must possess Bachelor degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration. No remote. We are willing to consider non-local candidates but they must be willing and able to relocate to the area at their own expense. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards as they relate to the BI department. Essential Functions: a. Identifies, researches and recommends new methods for supporting information management as it relates to data management. b. Performs other duties as assigned. *Basic Requirements:* 1. Experience working with databases: TeraData, SQL Server, and Clarity DB, to include research plans for data gathering and analysis. 2. Proficient with report tools: MS Access, SQL, Crystal, Tableau. 3. Compiling and presenting complex data in a manner that is easily understood. 4. Proficient with MS Office suites: MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, include Visio. *Experience:* a minimum of five years experience designing, deploying, and maintaining relational (conceptual, logical, physical) and dimensional data models for data warehouse/business intelligence. Experience with a range of relational database management systems (RDBMS) (Oracle, Teradata, DB2, etc.) and RDBMS tuning. *Preferred Qualifications* 1. MiniTab (Six Sigma) 2. Possess certification in Resolute and/or Tapestry AP *Education * 1. Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, business or related field. 2. Additional Requirements: a. Understanding of business intelligence reporting tools (SQL query, Tableau, etc.), data integration tools (Informatica, etc.), and metadata repository processes and tools. b. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with analysts, physicians, and business staff throughout all levels of the organization; ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions. c. Works within databases, business applications, and data relationships, content, and application to more effectively and efficiently manage KP business operations. d. Maintains and supports a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with development practices in the business intelligence program. *Education Bachelors* Is a specific license of certification required?
