Windows 2008 R2/Windows 2012 R2 Experience
Experience in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting multiple AD forests
and domains.
Experience in managing Windows DNS and Internet DNS systems.
Experience with VBScript, PowerShell, or other scripting languages
Experience with Antivirus products such as Symantec and McAfee
Experience with MS SQL or other database software
Experience with Linux command line administration (Basic)
Experience with integrated Linux Kerberos authentication with Active
Directory
Experience with Systems Management and Auditing software
Experience with automating system process and applications (AutoSys, Chef,
Puppet, Altiris, etc.)
Experience managing systems in multiple data global data centers.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SSH, FTP, Kerberos
Citrix experience

Advanced Linux skills
SAN or NAS experience
Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, KVM, etc.)
Experience with IIS and Apache web servers
Desire to be exposed to new tools and programming languages
Desire to be exposed to concepts relevant to the financial industry
Ability to get involved in the technical investigation of issues and
proactively assume leadership
Strong ability to own side projects including building or improving
in-house tools
Troubleshooting knowledge of network routing and protocols is beneficial,
exposure to packet tracing tools is ideal
