*Reqquired Skills:-*
Must have the following skills through education or work experience:
presentation of complex IT concepts and project metrics to both technical
and non-technical audiences; SailPoint IdentityIQ, LDAP, performance
optimization, Linux
At least 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of Identity
Management solutions using one or more of the following products, SailPoint
IdentityIQ or Sun IDM, Oracle IDM
At least 3 years' experience in support/operations of custom workflows,
connectors to LDAP, RACF and custom connectors
Supported at least 2 upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ versions
At least 5 years' of experience with Identity Management solutions
At least 3 years' experience in support of Sun IDM OR At least 3 years of
experience with IdentityIQ
At least 2 years' experience with Java
At least 2 years' experience leading onshore support model and at least 1
year experience leading offshore support model
