3+ years hands on experience/administration of Oracle Identity and Access

2+ Provisioning experience
2+ years RBAC experience
Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and

Experience with at least the following development environments/languages:
J2EE, Java, JavaScript, SQL
Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic
Experience with Directory Services and LDAP
Familiarity with major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Unix
Familiar with SAML authentication and authorization

General understanding of TCP/IP networks, HTTP, and DNS technologies
