• Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS,CCS), FXS /FXO etc
• Gatekeepers,H323, SIP Proxy , CUBE
• Gateway and VG224 configurations
• Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCC
• Cisco SRST
• Cisco Emergency Responder
• Cisco Routing and switching background w/QOS experience
• Cisco Hardware & Software
• Dial Plan design experience required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal
teams
• Minimum of five years of related network / IP Telephony
administration and support experience
• Minimum of four years of related experience in network
environments, including network engineering (hardware and software),
• Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving,
debugging/troubleshooting skills are required
• Excellent verbal communications and written documentation
skills are required
• Install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified
Communications products in the context of the customer¡¦s production
environment.
• Troubleshoot multi-vendor implementations as required.
• Act as the technical lead on larger projects, dividing work
amongst multiple resources and providing guidance and mentoring to junior
staff members
