Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.10 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

I tried the kernel 3.10.0-031000rc6-generic - while I am unable to
create OOP (probably not long time to test enough) but the error message
is still

Yes confirmed that somehow the FS in /boot is corrupted after loading
the rt2800pci mod and reboot the machine even there is no OOPs at least
appear on screen and on dmesg. Boot the computer once and then reboot
again, grub can load it. (I am talking about the new kernel)
