If you've verified some condition and wish to force re-authentication, 
you'd have to force a redirect to the CAS server with the request 
parameter renew=true set (and your ticket validator would need to know 
you set renew=true).

CAS does not return the password to the client application. If you need 
to authenticate the user against another application or service, you 
should probably use the proxying capabilities of CAS.
