Re: please expedite review of google ads api application

2024-01-31 Thread Nate Hashem
*To whom it may concern:*

In the previous replies, I was told that our review for a Google Ads API
token for *Manager Account ID: 618-805-9047*, would be handled in ticket
*3-666534867*.

It has been several weeks and I have not received an update on this
ticket. I do not even have a way to communicate through that ticket and I
did receive any emails when the compliance team opened this ticket.

Is there any way to get a status update on when I can expect my token to be
approved?

Thank you,
Nate Hashem

gclid and keyword

2024-01-31 Thread Paulo Silva
Hi,

If I build an ad like meusite.com?keyword={keyword}, Google will replace
the key {keyword} when redirecting to my website with the word used to
reach that ad, correct?

If this is right, is it possible to make a query via api (select ... from
click_view perhaps?) to obtain this same information?

If so, can anyone provide me with an example?

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to kindly ask for your
assistance.

It has been 7 weeks since I submitted my request to Google Ads, and
unfortunately, I haven't received any updates yet. It seems I may not have
received a case ID for my request. Is there a possibility that I need to
resubmit my request?

Here are my account details:
Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 705-246-3212
Case ID: N/A
Access Level: Basic access

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you

Re: image extensions creation error

2024-01-31 Thread Sidharth Ravindra
So if I wanted to create image extensions at scale? By mapping image assets
to respective campaigns, How can I do that? I know it can be done on the
UI, but that process is very manual. If I have about 6000 campaigns - then
mapping about 10 specific images individually for each of the campaigns
manually would be very tedious and time-consuming.

And since you mentioned image extensions can no longer be created, does
that mean this code in Google documentation will no longer work and is
obsolete?

Re: update ad_group_ad responsive display ad

2024-01-31 Thread Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum
Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you want to replace all logos
on the Ads that are running in your Google Ads account. Upon checking the
provided logs, it appears that you're getting an IMMUTABLE_FIELD error.
Also, please be informed that you have provided only error logs and these
logs are not sufficient to investigate your issue further. So, I request
that you provide us the complete API logs (request

 and response

 with request-id

 and request header
)

for us to investigate this issue further.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I
would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that
you are using. You can refer to the guides* Java*

,* .Net*

,* PHP*
,
* Python*

,* Ruby*

 or* Perl*
 to
enable
logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging
via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via *Reply privately to the author option*, or *direct
private reply* to this email.

2024-01-31 Thread 'Google Ads API Forum Advisor' via Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum
Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are encountering the
'invalid_client' error. I would suggest that you recreate the client Id and
client secret and generate a refresh token using the new client Id and client
secret key. Kindly refer to the web app flow instructions in the OAuth2.0 guide
for complete instructions. Please go through the document, to know about the
available client libraries.

If you still need further assistance, I would recommend that you reach out to
the Google Could Platform team as they are better equipped to address your
concern.

How to fetch app install in campaign and ad_group?

2024-01-31 Thread Peter Chen
Hello team,

I can find the 'installs' and "In-app actions" column in *Campains*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/campaigns), Ad *Groups*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/adgroups) and *Assets*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/assetreport/assets/app).

And the values are the same for Ad Groups and Campaigns, not Assets.

I can get *'metrics.biddable_app_install_conversions'* and
*'metrics.biddable_app_post_install_conversions'* from
*'ad_group_ad_asset_view*' via Google Ads Rest API. Their values
correspond to the "installs" and "in-app actions" of Assets.

But I want to get *'metrics.biddable_app_install_conversions'* and
*'metrics.biddable_app_post_install_conversions'* from *'campaign'* and
*'ad_group'* via Google Ads Rest API. How should I do?

Thank You
