I'm experiencing the same issue. In the UI you can select a billing setup, 
but via the API no billing setups are returned except for CANCELLED ones. 
And apparently it's not possible to query payments_account directly, so I 
can't create a billing setup with an existing payments_account.

Sorry, I missed the fact that you can only fetch for non-managers. A bit 
confusing when you normally list all setups using a manager account in the 
UI.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are getting 'INTERNAL_ERROR' 
while adjusting conversions. Kindly note that the INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when 
something unexpected happens while processing the request. The common cause 
could be the API isn't functioning correctly. However, this is transient in 
nature and the API request will work again when retrying it after 30 seconds or 
some time. You may also retry any requests that failed with this error, using 
an exponential backoff schedule for the retries. Here is a code example 
demonstrating how to implement an exponential back off strategy.

If the issue still persists, then provide us with the below information, so 
that we can investigate this issue further.

Request to unlock API key for Gemini API

I am writing to request that my API key be unlocked. I understand that I 
was using the API incorrectly, and I apologize for any inconvenience this 
may have caused.

I did not read the Gemini API documentation carefully, so I mistakenly 
thought that I could use the API without any restrictions. When I 
encountered errors, I switched to several different API keys, which 
resulted in my account being flagged for fraudulent requests.

I have already submitted an appeal, but I have not received a response yet. 
I would be grateful if you could review my case and help me regain access 
to the Gemini API.

I understand the importance of using the API responsibly, and I assure you 
that I will read the documentation carefully and follow all the guidelines 
in the future.

Please refer to this example GAQL query on how to retrieve Locations using the 
Google Ads API. You may use the geographic_view report. Geographic View 
includes all metrics aggregated at the country level, one row per country. It

of interest. If other segment fields are used, you may get more than one row 
per country.

Also, you can use the user_location_view resource, it reports metrics at the 
actual physical location of the user by targeted or not targeted location. If

However, I don't want to set the User Type to External. I want to use 
Internal. So I have:
1. OAuth consent screen - User Type - Internal
2. Credentials - OAuth 2.0 Client IDs - Type Desktop

According to this Offline access

default—you don't have to explicitly request it.".

Does that mean the refresh token will not expire once I get one?
