To better assist you, could you confirm what specific data you wish to 
retrieve using the ConversionTrackerService.get 
?
 
You may refer to the ConversionTracker 

 documentation 
for the available fields (such as the Status 
)
 
and conversion types (AdCallMetricsConversion 

, AdWordsConversionTracker 

, AppConversion 
,
 
and etc.) that you may retrieve using the said service. Let me know if this 
is what you are looking for.
