[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console 6.1 issue

Hi,

I have the following with the attendant Console.


 *   Status of the devices is not updated when using extension mobility.


*   When lifting the handset the status on hook and off hook is updated
*   When logging in and logging out the status is updated as long as the 
attendant console is logged in. However, as described below, when the user is 
logged out of his phone and the status gives a ? (question mark) as it should 
al seem to look fine. But when I logout the attendant console and log in again, 
the status says the phone is logged in again. Can someone explain this part to 
me???

The customer has 4 servers.
1 Pub, 3 Sub
