Not able to pulll the code from GitLab using Jenkins

I am using Jenkins as CI, i had created a job which will pull the code from 
GitLab. For this i had configured like this. Under SourceCode Management i 
had selected Git.
I had porvided my Git *Repository URL* as like this "

Immediately i am getting the below exception. Will you please help on this 
how to resolve.

I am using old way like i had copied the shell script file in to linux
server. Through Jenkins job i am calling the shell script.

Thanks for the info. I have a *.sql file* which contains multiple set of
queries.
I will execute this *.sql* *file *by using shell script. For this script i
had created a Jenkins Job.
But How i will get to know from JenkinsCI  if any exception has came ..?

I need to launch Web Application on the IIS 6.0 (Windows Server 2003)
where .Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0 both installed.

This application has been developed to be run in .NET 2.0, however by
default it fails as it tryies to run in .NET 1.1

As a workaround we re-link each iis:WebApplicationExtension to the .NET
2.0 DLLs (see example below). Is there are any other (more elegant) way
to do that?

replacement of all '\n' with '\r\n' and was able to upload the file. I was
struggling with this small mistake since a long time due to ignorance of

as well as Web Services and had to add support to ZSI for MTOM. !!!

As you suggested, I need to do this. But I am not aware, how to validate my
MIME message itself. The one that I constructed in ZSI. I will explore using
java mail as you suggesdted. Any points in this regard will be greatly
helpful to me.

I am facing an issue in creating the .msi using candle.exe and
light.exe.
I am able to create MSI using above candle and light exes but when I try
to install its throwing The error code is 2356.
But when I create the msi using visual studio (same wxs file) I am able

Instead of creating the website you just need a reference to an existing
one.

I think this has to go outside of a Directory element. You can then

Let's take them one at a time:

.reg: Don't use the .reg file; instead put the registry values in the
.reg file into a component and install the component.

.bat: Usually running a batch file at install time is a bad idea.  It

You need to create a component and in there use RegistryValue and/or
RegistryKey elements to define the registry entries you want to create.

[WiX-users] Using WIX3.0

[Kalvagadda, SivaKrishna (MLX Technology)]

Hi,

I installed latest version WIX3.0, but when I opened the project it's
not allowing me to create a tag website and other IIS related tags are
not showing in intelligence .It's throwing build error if I added force
fully.

Please assist me if I am missing any steps in creating the application
or do I need to add refereces.

Hi,

I am trying to add MTOM support to ZSI. When I send a request which is
processed for MTOM, on the server side I am getting the below error.

 When I tried uploading a file from Python client to Axis server using MTOM,
 I am getting the below error.

 Part content ID cannot be blank for non root MIME parts

 I am attaching my SOAP messages and headers that are sent to Axis server, 
 before
 and after converision for MTOM.

 Can someone have a look at the error and point me what is the problem.

What error is it throwing? I read back through the thread but couldn't
find the wording of the error it is throwing. I think that based off of
this latest code below it would be trying to find the xmlconfig.bat in
the same location as CMD.EXE, rather than in the root of C:\. If that's
the case it would seem to be a context issue that would not be specific
to WiX or MSI.

Also, rather than call CMD.EXE to run the batch file, wouldn't it work
instead to just call the batch file directly? I mean, you can generally
run a batch file without opening a CMD prompt first. I run a few console
apps during my install, but don't launch CMD.EXE to run them, I just
call them directly.

You might also look at what the batch file is doing and try to eliminate
it in favor of native WiX elements. Then you would not need the custom
actions at all. WiX has elements to modify XML files if that's what is
needed.

Batch files are not a great thing to call through an installer in my
opinion because if it fails it might not return an errorlevel to the
installer that would allow the installer to know something didn't work.

Looks quite off to me in the sample provided. I use the syntax here
several dozen times in my installer. I've always found it handy to set a
Property in the first CustomAction and then ExeCommand that Property in
the second instance.

I think the problem is that you can't evaluate properties in the
ExeCommand attribute so you need to do it in two steps. Here is an
example that works for me:

think that explains the use of the property.

To run your batch file are you doing something like this:

I think the problem is that you can't evaluate properties in the
ExeCommand attribute so you need to do it in two steps. Here is an
example that works for me:

That isn't really sample just a fragment, if you could create a very

With this steps opens command prompt pointing to C:\ (where my bat file
is places).

Then I tried using below step to execute the .bat file... But no luck :(

 CustomAction Id=settaskCD2  ExeCommand='XMLCONFIG.bat'
Return=check /

I used below code I am facing same problem :(.

It is opening command prompt and not executing the next CustomAction
below.
CustomAction Id=StartWebServer2 Property=StartWebServer
ExeCommand=/c xmlconfig.bat /

I tried different options also its behaving in same way, opens the
command prompt(just stays idle until I close it) but the next action is
not processing.

That custom action sets the property StartWebServer to
C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe (assuming your system folder is
C:\WINDOWS\System32).

As you suggested I spited into two actions.

But I couldn't understand what does the property attribute refers to in
below sample  (Property=StartWebServer).

Actually I want to run .bat files from WIX.

I think the problem is that you can't evaluate properties in the
ExeCommand attribute so you need to do it in two steps. Here is an
example that works for me:

!-- Start the Web Server at the end of the install --
CustomAction Id=StartWebServer1 Property=StartWebServer
Value=[SystemFolder]net.exe /
CustomAction Id=StartWebServer2 Property=StartWebServer
ExeCommand=start WebServer /
InstallExecuteSequence
  Custom Action=StartWebServer1 After=InstallFinalizeNOT
Installed/Custom
  Custom Action=StartWebServer2 After=StartWebServer1NOT
Installed/Custom
/InstallExecuteSequence

I am facing problem with using the Wix v3.

I am trying to create an website using msi installation. When I use
below tags for setting up the Virtual directory on IIS.

Component Id=C_shipmentsavewsdir
Guid=493E3487-AA4C-4476-8CC0-4B1C763AF6F7

WebVirtualDir Id=ShipmentSaveWSDir Alias=ShipmentSaveWS
Directory=InstallDir WebSite=DefaultWebSite

WebApplication Id=ShipmentSaveWS Name=ShipmentSaveWS /

/WebVirtualDir

/Component

WebSite Id=DefaultWebSite Description=Default Web Site

WebAddress Id=AllUnassigned Port=80 /

/WebSite

 

I am using VS2005 to do above when I am trying to build the project its
throwing below errors..

1. The Component element contains an unexpected child element
'WebVirtualDir'.

2. The Product element contains an unexpected child element 'WebSite'.

Do I need to reference any dlls to get rid of this errors. Please help
me on this. I couldn't find any help from the blogs.
