On arriving in Phnon Peng or Seam Reap you need to take the Mekong Express
Transport (from Phnon Penh in a Northerly direction or from Seam Reap in a
Southerly direction) to Kampong Thom which is in the Central Eastern Region of
Cambodia, this takes about 3 hours. The Mekong Express Transport is anything
between 25,000 and 36,000 Cambodian Rial
Once you arrive at Kampong Thom, there is a taxi service to Preah Damarai, once
in Preah Damrai, one may have to rely on the locals that will cost you about 5$
to take you into Koal Village.
