I think this should work and if I need to upgrade db-util first this should be expressed in terms of the dependency in sks. Hey! Since sks needs db5.3_upgrade I think it should depend on db5.3-util, and not on db-util which installs unversioned links like db_upgrade (unused by sks). Bug#676625: Typo in package description
Package: icedove-l10n-sr Version: 1:10.0.2-1 Severity: minor Hello, I found a small typo in the package description while translating it via the DDTSS. The last paragraph says This package contains the localization of Icedove in Serbia., while Serbia is the country and not the language. Please change it to This package contains the localization of Icedove in Serbian. as it was in the version 1:3.0.10-1 (used in Squeeze). Bug#676623: Typos in package description
2012/6/8 Vincent Fourmond fourm...@gmail.com: Thanks for the patch, though I can't promise I'll upload a new version soon. Even though I think it would be nice to have this fixed before the freeze, I understand that it has no priority whatsoever (hence the minor). Thanks for the fast answer! Bug#478309: Open and Open folder doesn't in KDE
Package: iceweasel Version: 12.0-7 Followup-For: Bug #478309 Parts of this issue seem to be fixed: - Open Containing Folder works (it opens the right folder in dolphin) - Open works for mp3 and ogv (so probably music and video files) The remaining problem seems to be that Iceweasel doesn't recognise image files (I tested SVG, PNG, JPG) as image files, but as content type file. 2011/7/2 Christian PERRIER bubu...@debian.org: Quoting Martijn van Oosterhout (klep...@gmail.com): On 1 July 2011 05:07, Martin Eberhard Schauer martin.e.scha...@gmx.de wrote: Well, the problem is somewhere else. Because in the DDTP it's fine and in the archive too: ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/sid/main/i18n/Translation-de.bz2 Download it and see, the translation is there. Why it's not on the website I have no idea, I have no idea where the website gets its data from. I have no idea who to ask about that. You could try filing a bug with the website? Are there more descriptions with this problem? debian-www mailing list is the appropriate place to talk about the website. (-www folks, this originates from a bugreport against the i18n.debian.net virtual package about sup package description not showing up (I guess in packages.d.o) in German while it is translated in the DDTP The package lynx has a similar problem: the german translation had a typo (lync-cur instead of lynx-cur), but it was fixed since then. The fix shows up in the Translation-de.bz2[1] but again not at the website. It seems that new translations are not transferred to the website if the original description stays the same. So my guess is, that the script/service is only checking the value of Description-md5 in the Translation-de.bz2 file and not seeing any change in the translation itself, once it's translated. Bug#452486: miro: m4a/m4v is the cause
Package: miro Version: 1.0-1 Followup-For: Bug #452486 I tried to find out a bit more about this bug since it is very annoying (up to 40 crash reports per start of miro, seems to increase with downloaded videos). I found out that miro gives one crash report for each file with the ending .m4a or .m4v. The real file format doesn't matter, just the name. I tried files with the ending .ogg and .wmv and there were no problems with that. I hope I could help with that.
