Hi Nilesh,

Thanks for the reminder; this work is already underway.  It's not as
simple as merely copying the changes made in 0.9.1 to the version in
unstable because they are different sources.

For what it's worth (nothing, I suppose), this is why I questioned the
severity of the filed bug in the first place.  I maintain that there are
many packages in Debian that don't have the copyright for every single
file in the source distribution correctly attributed in
debian/copyright, and yet don't have RC bugs file against them.

Tony/Tom, Can you do corresponding fixes for unstable too,
or otherwise move experimental release to unstable?

Otherwise this bug is causing a un-warranted-for autorm, for example in 
parsnp[1]
