Bug#1058894: etckeeper: Replace B-D: bzr with brz

I am uploading a NMU to DELAYED/10 in order to fix this.

Source: etckeeper
Version: 1.18.20-1

Please replace the Build-Depends: bzr with Build-Depends: brz. The bzr support is not built 
according to the build log but the Build-Depends keeps that package in the key packages set.
