It seems this part is solved as far as I can see, but I didn't look
very hard.

I also think there are way to many places where I have to change that
setting. I've changed 6 settings so far.

I can still find atleast 6 options where I can change it.

I've changed the rules to show in mm too, and it's showing every 7 mm,
 which is rather strange.

Since 2.3 this defaulted to inches again, while I've set it to mm
before. It's now showing it every 5 mm, which is atleast a little
better. It would be nice if I could actually select other options
for it.

There also seem to be various rounding issues. If I type 5 mm, it will
show me 5.00 mm in the dialog, but when I close it, and then reopen it
it shows up as 4.99 mm.

Still the same.

Also, the measurements of for instance A4 paper shows up as 209.99 /
 296.99 instead of 210 / 297.

Still the same.

Hi,

I've tried to change all options I could find to say milimeter instead of
inches, and it was still showing me places where the length is shown in
inches. In the dialog options dialog itself it doesn't change until I
close it and reopen it. and there isn't something like an apply button.

296.99 instead of 210 / 297.

It's like everything is stored in inch, and I find it rather annoying.
