Tested URL: http://finance.google.com/finance?q=INDEXDJX:.DJI  using
gnash version 0.8.7 in testing, and the problem still exist.  The
flash application uses the format AVM2, which is still not working
with Gnash.

To find the format used by the flash file, right-click with the mouse
and select File-Properties-Stage properties and look at Root VM
version.

fyi, it appears that certain aspects of finance.google.com are currently 
unsupported by gnash.  for example, at [1], gnash does not draw the
stock graph.
