Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. ksshaskpass should be called by ssh-add or by ssh when there is no associated terminal (either using the SSH_ASKPASS environment variable or the ssh-askpass alternative configuration). It's not supposed to do anything when using an interactive ssh, and it's not supposed to be used directly. How were you trying to use ksshaskpass?
