 Any progress on this ITP? I am interested in it since it is a soft
 dependency of asyncssh.

David, if I don't hear anything in the next week, I plan to take over

In my current packaging repo, libnacl is the name of the source package. The 
binary packages are python-libnacl and python3-libnacl.
But I'm ok to rename the source package so there is no possible confusion.
