Hello,

I have packaged the new version of grib-api and I'm ready to upload it.

Upstream still doesn't want to worry about ABI compatibility and still
embeds the full package version in the soname, so a transition is
needed.

The API has not changed, so only action needed for reverse dependencies
is a binary NMU.

Let me know when I can upload it.

a clean wheezy(-backports) environment.

blueman/amd64 depends on several packages that are not in wheezy:
  libpango-1.0-0 does-not-exist
  libpangocairo-1.0-0 does-not-exist
  libpangoft2-1.0-0 does-not-exist

@Christoper: backports must be built in a clean wheezy environment.
Please take care to only upload proper backports in the future.
