Hi!

I just uploaded iscsitarget version 0.4.16+svn162-2 to fix the RC bug #484107.

Only the initscript was changed, adding error detection and condition checks 
in start and stop functions. Additionally, the dump function was removed, as 
this functionality is not supported anymore.

Please unblock the package migration.
