Could you comment As I said I would only from Git repository - and I should say from a repository layout that follows the team policy to use tags for new versions and not a set of branches. Hi Oliver, it seems Bastien has lost interest in this package. It just popped up in my sentinel of packages that are in the focus of Debian Med but not uploaded for a long time. If you have no idea how to maintain a package I'd consider a "Mentoring of the Month"[1] for Debian Science. Kind regards Andreas. As for sponsoring: If you have a sponsor that's fine. If you want me to sponsor your package I would do this from the Git repository. Unfortunately your repository layout is different from what is used in all teams I know. You are using branches for releases instead of tags. That's very unusual. > BTW new version is based on git tree in order to be kde5 compatible Sounds good. Thanks for your work on this Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de -- debian-science-maintainers mailing list debian-science-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/debian-science-maintainers

I have just uploaded a new version, and I am going to upload this evening a modified version. So no thanks.
