pam_ck_connector belongs to consolekit which is no longer supported.

Is libpam-ck-connector still partly installed? What does `dpkg -l
libpam-ck-connector` say?

Is pam_ck_connector still used anywhere in /etc/pam.d/*?

The libpam-ck-connector package is not in buster/testing at all.
(It appears that it *is* in stretch, though.)

 shows that consolekit was
removed from testing in March of 2018. I'd suggest starting there to
learn more about it.

libpam-ck-connector missing

2019-06-20 Thread Hans
Hi folks,

I am running denbian/testing and dicovered, that /var/log/auth.log is got
spammed with the message, that /lib/security/pam_ck_connector.so is missing.

And yes, it is really missing. However, libpam-ck-connector can not be
installed (due to dependencies of systemd).

One of the sources, whioch causes this messages is lightdm, but I believe,
there are some more apps causing this.

Do not know, if this is a real bug, however, but I thought it worth, to
mention it.

Best regards

Hans
