This is the most annoying issue I have in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS which makes the feeling of the OS being unstable. Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gstreamer0.10-plugins-good DVD menu doesn't work properly in Totem on some DVDs. For example on that one: http://tfile.ru/forum/download.php?id=365804uk=11 Updating gstreamer0.10-plugins-good and gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad from ppa gstreamer-developers helps, but I'm worried about breaking something else with this update.
