Subject: Incubator disclaimer missing from several podling websites
To: general

As the subject says: the disclaimer is missing from the following websites:

Age
BlueMarlin (no website at all)
Doris - does not work at all without JavaScript
Inlong - does not work without Javascript
Kyuubi
Liminal
Linkis - no website yet
Nemo

Yunikorn has some incorrect text: ", sponsored by the name of Apache
TLP sponsor."

Milagro looks OK in a browser, but uses a redirect that does not work
for automated checkers.
Given that the redirect is unconditional, this would be better done by
the server, e.g. through .htaccess.

It should be present on all pages.

Subject: [MENTORS] Download pages and links to podling releases
To:

Hi,

Can mentors please make themselves familiar with the requirements for
download pages and links [1] as we seem to have a number of projects that
are not providing downloads in the required manner.

In general:
- Please use https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua <
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua> for releases
- Please use https://downloads.apache.org/ for hashes and signatures

Form a quick check these project don’t seem to have an obvious download
page:
Age
Annotator
BlueMarlin
Liminal
Linkis
Marvin
SDAP
Sedona
Wayang

Now in some cases these are newish projects and they haven’t made a
release, however others on that list have made releases and really should
have a download page. If they do have a download page please provide the
URL.

These projects look to have issue with the download links themselves:
BRPC - https://brpc.apache.org/download/
Crail - http://crail.apache.org/download/
