Mentioned in your original mail. ;-) Well, I tried that, and the only difference it shows is the timestamp for each file, which I would expect to be different. An rpmdiff -iT of the two noarch rpms returns nothing. That's "Architecture independent files": https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/MultilibTricks#Timestamps I eventually figured it out. The doc package had a Requires for the main package, which is arch-specific. At one point, I had commented out the Requires to see if that would fix the problem, but I must have forgotten to regenerate the SRPM before doing the next all-platforms build, and then not forgotten to regenerate it before doing the platform-specific builds that I rpmdiff'ed. Or something... Whatever I did wrong, the dependency on an arch-specific package turned out to be the main problem. I guess noarch packages shouldn't have any arch-specific dependencies. We can make the test pass by just adding another openQA needle, but I kinda want to look into why the F25 install doesn't show the graphical passphrase screen, just didn't get around to it yet. > ID: 52409 Test: x86_64 universal install_cyrillic_language > URL: https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/52409 This is a real new bug, GNOME crashes on startup after install by the looks of it. Provide VIM SPLs
Hi, I opened a bug [0] few days ago, since I was not able to find any VI SPLs (spellcheck files) for languages outside English in the Fedora repos. Initially I thought it was a 'vi' problem, but thanks to Karsten, I understood that it's not. I guess the basic problem is that 'vi' does not provides the SPLs files, but those can be generated from hunspell. I think we (as Fedora) should provide such files, and probably we should generate them from hunspell directly. My proposal is to change the hunspell source packages to provide this additional file. This could be done just adding the file to the current package or to make the hunspell source package to provide one additional package (called vim-hunspell-XX) with the additional file. What's the people opinion on this? If this change is considered good, I'll go forward implementing it.
