It appears to be fixed. From NEWS - acl: When plugin was loaded \HasChildren and \HasNoChildren flags were calculated incorrectly for mailboxes containing '*' and '%' in their names. Sorry, I only have access to a 2.3.19 dovecot because it's the debian bookworm included package. Has this bug recently been fixed?
