[Gluster-infra] Renaming the log files for regression runs

Hello,

Nithya suggested we rename the log files to have the Jenkins Job ID, making it
easier to match the log file to the job. I think this is a good idea and I'm
going to make the code changes.

Does anyone have a reason *not* to do this?

When a job is aborted, it leaves a bunch of remaining gluster processes. The
safest thing to do is to reboot the machine automatically when a job is
aborted.

This is blocked on having more disk space on the machine. I've brought this up
with Michael. Once we move the VM over, we'll add more diskspace.

This was happening because the Gerrit server setup on Jenkins defaulted to give
a -1 for aborted jobs. I've set this to 0. It shouldn't happen again.

The flags already don't get cleared. We used to clear the Verified flag. I've
changed it so that you retain them for commit changes and no-change rebases.
