Yeah, you are right, I was too fast and have not read bug 381130 carefully.
381130 is a completely different issue, it is about misplaced notifications but
this bug is about 1px wide notifications.

As only webenginepart actually depends on QtWebEngine, with the following patch
it is actually possible to build konqueror on systems/arches where QtWebEngine
is not supported.  The resulting konqueror is then be able to use either
khtmlpart or, even better, the KF5-based kwebkitpart currently in KDE git.  I
have used this patch to keep konqueror current on Cygwin despite our (probably
permanent) lack of QtWebEngine:

I have installed all ten catalogs on my Mac and checked that they were
installed.
Later, when I check again , only two or three are marked as installed.
For example the NOMAG catalog is marked as not installed while its file
USNO-NOMAD-1e8.dat is present on my computer and is perfectly accessible by
KStars (number of stars displayed)

Start screenshot tool action

Can't call Spectacle in KDE Plasma 5.10 (latest Noon repo) by pressing Print
key -  only manually. You may see my settings in attachments. In global keys
setting selected button "Вызвать" (Call) - has no effect - Spectacle is no
being called.

I my view this is Neon packaging/plumbing.

Luigi - I added Bookmarks to my toolbar, and even though I have added three
bookmarks, and can see them in the Bookmarks menu, clicking Bookmarks on the
toolbar does nothing at all - no pop-up list, so there might be a bug there.

svadkost: I'm also on 5.7.2, and I just created a bookmark, and if I right
click, I get a context menu, and "Delete Bookmark" is the last item, and it
works.

Your screenshot shows you clicked on the Bookmarks Menu, and the menu has "Add
bookmark," "New Bookmarks Folder...," and one actual bookmark for "KDE
Fundamentals."  What happens when you left click on "KDE Fundamentals" and what
happens when you right click on it?  It looks like you are already on that
page, so go somewhere else first, to see if clicking on the bookmark takes you
to that entry.  It works correctly for me.

Alright, it doesn't work with global menu then. And for some reason "Bookmarks"
on the toolbar doesn't work either.

Ok, I've got the repo... and checking the C++ ISO file I see it uses "built-in"
 element which is far from being correct for C++. It was so, since KDE4!
It is why "my" version of C++ syntax didn't use it! Instead, I've built a
 according to modern C++ standard to match floating point literals.

numbers are look correct.

Dominic, I'm still using Kate from KDE 4 (unfortunately PyKF5 is not available
and I can't port Pate to it) and it looks almost fine in here... except `f`
char in last two numbers. So, probably bug was introduced later (after porting
syntax files to KF5). Unfortunately, I can't fix it cuz simple do not kate
latest `kate` :(

Error messages after starting kaddressbook fom konsole

Hello !

When I start kaddressbook 4:16.04.3-3 on my dist-upgraded Debian "stretch"
(from "Jessie") it always crashes. It seems not to work with the
akonadi-framework. There seems to be a MySQL-Error. With a new user it works,
also as the user "root". I have a linux-image-4.9.0-3-686-pae kernel.

Several compressed images showing the issues reported

This is my first bug report ever, please tell me what I did wrong, or if I
should be positing to the Fedora bugzilla. 

KDE Framework: 5.36.0
Kernel: 4.11.11-300.fc26.x86_64
Graphics Driver: nouveau
X11

This is happening on a brand new install of Fedora 26 KDE, before and after
updating from the official repository. There is some kind of issue with erasing
parts of the UI where letters are not fully deleted, buttons are not fully
depressed, and menus are not unhighlighted.

For now I am using kwrite because the firefox text box is unusable, I can't
read what I wrote for at least several seconds. Kwrite does not have the text
issue but has the same menu issues. Attached is a compressed folder of several
screenshots demonstrating the issue, please notify me if that is not acceptable
and how I may upload several images to one bug report.

Fix incorrect highlighting for BEGIN and END in words such as "EXTENDED"

In EXTENDED, the "END" was highlighted as "region marker", which is clearly
wrong. The fix is to use WordDetect instead of StringDetect. This possibly
affects many highlighting files - but should not introduce any regressions.

The operating system is macOS Sierra, version 10.12.5. I was using no smoothing
options when I made the reference picture, but after testing, I found that it
happens regardless of smoothing or stabilizing option. The tablet I'm using is
a Wacom Intuos Draw. After disabling open gl, I found that the angular lines
aren't as bad, but they are still there.

Ignoring the issue with the lines(which may be an issue with my equipment), I
think that this is a great program, though. It's a bit confusing with all the
features, but I think it's the best free program I have found so far

I have an iPhone which flags the images as being an HDR image or not.  
I cannot figure out how to identify HDR images within digikam from metadata. 
Can you tell me how or add this functionality?

There appear to be 3 flags
1- Null 
2- Original Image (this is the NON HDR version of a HDR group)
3- HDR Image (this is the HDR version of a HDR group)

Using exiftool they are available like this:

Used exiftool:
Images with HDR are labeled:
exiftool *2356.JPG | grep HDR
HDR Image Type                  : HDR Image

Images without HDR, but associated with and HDR image are labeled:
Exiftool *2355.JPG | grep HDR
HDR Image Type                  : Original Image

This is on Mac, but assume its relevant on all platforms.

Sure. It's attached.

If I ask it to order on name or size, it works flawlessy. If I click on the
date field, at the first single click it does nothing. At the second, it
inverts the previously used order (name or size).

WORKAROUND

I have been able to create a WORKAROUND until this bug is fixed.

As stated in the error message, the gmic_krita_qt program fails to find some
library, most likely due to an issue with environment path. Follow these steps:

1. Locate the libqxcb.so file in your system. In an Kubuntu installation, this
file is in your qt5 installation directory, i.e. in:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/platforms/libqxcb.so

(If wouldn't have that file, then you have more problems, this workaround
wouldn't apply.)

2. Change directory to the directory where you put your gmic_krita_qt file.
Once there, create a directory 'plugins' and then inside that directory, create
a 'platforms' directory, with this command: (you have to be already in the
gmic_krita_qt's directory):

mkdir -p plugins/platforms

3. Copy the libqxcb.so file into the platforms directory, like so:

cp /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/platforms/libqxcb.so
plugins/platforms/

(again: you are issuing this command from the directory where gmic_krita_qt is)

4. In the same directory as gmic_krita_qt, create a text file named 'qt.conf'
with this content (two lines):

[Paths]
Plugins = plugins

5. After saving the qt.conf file, you can now restart Krita. Open an image file
and run the G'Mic filter. It should work now. DONE.


Summary:
You need to have this directory structure where you have the gmic_krita_qt
file:

...where:
a) 'gmic_krita_qt' and 'README' were extracted from the downloaded GMic zip

 Well if I do the manipulation I explained earlier in the mail.

  The part of the video *MOV_0070.mp4* that I had cut to 1min50 (*A*) Up
to (*B*) 1min59 ends up with a new cut that does not fit the passage of
the videos I chose to see in the editing. 

 *A* who is found at 5min50 and *B* at 5min58 which is more at all the
moment of the video that I had chosen to put in the editing.

These numbers are obtained from running outer callgrind on inner memcheck as
per README_DEVELOPERS with "--toggle-collect=doRegisterAllocation
--toggle-collect=doRegisterAllocation_v3". Then running callgrind_annotate on
the callgrind output files.



Also the produced code from v3 is comparable or only marginally worse than from
v2.

Search and Filter delivers incorrect results if pictures have portrait aspect
ratio.
Pictures in landscape aspect ratio having 3:2 or 4:3 and text search or filter
deliver the correct results for search strings "3:2" or "4:3". Pictures in
portrait aspect ration are not found using these search strings.

If the pictures are in portrait must be searched with the strings "2:3" or
"3:4" which for me is not logic and the search delivers all pictures in
portrait independent from the value.

Bug is present in 4.14.0 and 5.5.0
