[kde-doc-english] patch for KOrganizer manual
Hi I have attached a patch resulting from my proofread of the KOrganizer manual as suggested by Yuri. It mostly contains corrections to grammar errors, and the redirection of a link. I intend to make capitalization of initial letters of features within the text more consistent. Hopefully I will get that done within the next week.
