thank you very much for checking them.

Well, after a good night of sleep, I have just realized that since the change
to the new build system my root directory is a real mess.
For sure, I did not do it the right way and then focussed on the patches ready
before
the upgrade.

That one is likely --enable-ext-presenter-console anyway. If you look at
the makefile.mk which spits out build disabled you should see above it
the env variable that controls it, e.g. ENABLE_PRESENTER_SCREEN and dig
in set_soenv.in and configure.in to see where that gets set to backtrace
to the relevant configure option.
