 1. Create file on patch C:\doc1.doc (ONLY root disc C:\)
Windows 7 not allows it, only folders allowed

 The document with file share doesn't open if in a root of disk C:\there is a
 file with the same name
 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Create file on patch C:\doc1.doc (ONLY root disc C:\)

C:\doc1.doc is a path, not a patch.

C;\ is not a disc, it is a logical volume.
