we know when an italian translation update is needed?
Release notifications are probably too late. Watching svn messages
is possible but if you just want advanced warning about new releases

is all you need.
Usually I also send a extra email to the translators when a beta or
release candidate is available. Just in case because some are not
subscribed to lincity-ng-devel.
