Hi, seems to work fine on 3.0.4 on CentOS 5.2 Perhaps it might related to one of the plugins or extensions? Happens to me too on Debian I think it is flash related. On Wednesday 26 November 2008 11:07:02 Gabor Szabo wrote: Any ide what can be done with this? I use Flashblock Firefox plugin to prevent such flash issues - very recommended if sbdy still not using it. Works with FF3.0.4 on Ubuntu 8.10. You may want to try gyorjewish.org/main.htm It wants to load some real-media file. Re: Typing Hebrew nikud
Lots of years back I created a .xkbmap that allowed enterying nikud. I believe that any layout of the nikud is fine as long as you have an image of your layout to stare at. That way, you're motor memory will soon pick up the layout, just as it does for any touch typing. The laayout may be downloaded from: http://imagic.weizmann.ac.il/~dov/Hebrew/pango-hebrew.html Note that there is a draft standard for a Hebrew keyboard including nikud at: http://www.qsm.co.il/NewHebrew/Key1452.htm It would make sense to add that to the default X11 keyboard driver. Re: gspca with GeForge FX 5200 experience, anyone? (was: Re: Webcam Recommendations?)
Sorry, but I disagree with you. If someone is using the card for 2d only work without any 3d stuff, then the nv driver does great work, including good video support. There is also a development these days to create a driver from scratch and it's making good progress. Hi Amos, Thanks for the feedback. It did not occur to me to check the linux archive, but I did check my folders before writing. For some time already, I noticed that the mail appeared in my mailer after a relatively large delay, but it is the first time that it did not appear at all. Apparently something deteriorated in my procmail configuration. I'll have to check it. Cheers, Avraham
