[MeeGo-dev] Running Qt on Meego on N900

Hi All,

I am brand new to Meego/N900 or even Embedded too. I have some exp in Qt.

I installed Meego on my N900 and i am able to see xterm, I want to run some
of the Qt examples on it as mentioned here:

But I am unable to do this USB networking stuff.  I tried to follow
http://wiki.meego.com/ARM/Tips_and_Tricks/N900_USB_Networking but truly
speaking I could not do it successfully. Has somebody done it before?? if
yes can any of you help me with the steps how to do it.

I have already cross compiled one my own Qt example using MADDE but dont
know how to copy that to my N900 from my Desktop (linux/windows) as when i
plug in N900 having Meego my PC does not recognize that.

I will really appreciate any help on this.

[MeeGo-dev] Qt application on Meego

Hi.

I have installed Meego on my nokia N900 and now when I am connecting my
phone with my Linux/windows PC it is not recognizing the device.
any help??

I used MADDE to cross compile my Qt application for Nokia N900 and now I
want to copy this there and run.

one more question, I have created .deb package using MADDE, Can this .DEB
file be installed on Meego??

Thanx Tom,

I got it. But this is talking about Maemo Not Meego. Will an application
compiled for Maemo run On Maego on same device?
I think yes, just wanted to check if you have had chance to run any
application on Meego?
