IN your BIOS there might be a setting for time as there is in mine. And i
think it is system wide so you might want to check that.

 I can't set the time right.
 Every time I shutdown the computer, the clock is wrong when I start it
again.
 This only happens in Linux (Yes, I have windows too just for playing
games) so
 it can't be the CMOS battery.

Otherwise in the setup somewhere (I saw it only once) there is a place
where you can tell Linux in what timezone you are. I had to change it too.

In KDE it is in TimeDate, in the KDE Control Center.
