   - Senior programmer/analyst must have implantation expertise with
   billing systems,(Oracle’s CC&B billing system is preferred).****
   - Knowledge of billing and meter reading capabilities. (Oracle’s CC&B
   system is a plus).****
   - Candidate must also have experience in planning, designing, building,
   and unit testing interfaces.****

*Summary:*****

The candidate will play a key part in the effort to implement a Meter Data
Management System at Client site. This role will be responsible for
planning, designing, building and unit testing interface and related code
in the various systems such as Oracle’s Customers Care and Billing (CC&B),
Meter Systems: USC, MV-90, MV-RS and others.****

*Experience:  *

   - 3-5 years of Java development experience and working with Java
   frameworks. ****
   - 3-5 years of experience in SQL. ****
   - 1-2 years of experience with XML and XSL.****
   - 1-2 years of experience with IBM Websphere environments.****
   - 1-2 years of experience with Oracle CC&B. ****
   - Nice to have would be 1-2 years experience with IBM DataPower and
   Websphere Process Server.
