Freetext are containers into which you may store ancillary information about a ticket or an article. The additional information appears at the appropriate level in the ticket view, ie. TicketFreeText appears throughout the ticket view, and ArticleFreeText only appears for a particular article. Some FreeText fields are used to enable ITSM functionality. If you are planning to use the ITSM modules, please investigate which freetexts are used by that system and avoid using them for your own custom purposes. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJNoEDzAAoJEHblvm1J+WqMYuQH/jjEzo4Lujk3frGvE/G9jXW9 a0BHu7GFotTjR86SxU44y08jS6D1OcY7m8Uhvqyd3b7AQPh4JN4hTCj2Pv23lyR3 doG8LrFc0fKG2cX9uIMn2WS8KsYlLpJHb5iyq7RKlUsPw4b5LiQkEQbNCECdBcQl ZRBrv86uySVXvBb0RXA9HQgvnKuk+AotbBWy6tVczUerFAzoMT0tDPPMVjXatGoc k58HwyORjeGH+ywLUpWcoFX4xfKe0aGFCP9jxHKIcCDKT76yXuNSL+RH7AZQtHs/ +PjFkzyMZp/ykS16U22QU46OfU+l19NISuZJOFpaLoJz++rIxMzTwCKcIrSST5s= =RAtQ -END PGP SIGNATURE- - OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs

Re: [otrs] Edit response header
I've been experimenting with the fields, and basically, this is what I've been able to reach: - $QData{OrigFrom} -- places the original From part, name and email - $QData{To} -- places the current To part, name and email - $QData{OrigTo} -- gets nothing... Could anyone help with this please? Thanks and Best Regards, Muhammad El-Sergani.
