Subject: open .pvsm file

Hi all,

How to open a .pvsm state file? When I try this, the program says that a reader
to open this kind of files could not be found and that I should choose one from
the list. If I try one, the program blocks... Maybe a very stupid question, but
I am very new to Paraview :)

Thanks
Klara

[Paraview] quantifying overlap between two volumes

2017-11-03 Thread Klara Schevenels
To whom it may concern,

I just started working with Paraview for making 3D-images of the brain. More
specifically, I want to quantify the overlap between the brain activation there
is for some fMRI-task (one .vtk file) and some coordinates I have (separate
.vtk files). Does anyone can advise how to start with this? I've been searching
on the internet but I cannot find a clear answer to this question.

Many many thanks in advance!

Best
