[Paraview] open .pvsm file
From: Klara Schevenels Sent: zondag 17 december 2017 18:11 To: 'paraview@paraview.org' <paraview@paraview.org> Subject: open .pvsm file Hi all, How to open a .pvsm state file? When I try this, the program says that a reader to open this kind of files could not be found and that I should choose one from the list. If I try one, the program blocks... Maybe a very stupid question, but I am very new to Paraview :) Thanks Klara ___ Powered by www.kitware.com Visit other Kitware open-source projects at http://www.kitware.com/opensource/opensource.html Please keep messages on-topic and check the ParaView Wiki at: http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView Search the list archives at: http://markmail.org/search/?q=ParaView Follow this link to subscribe/unsubscribe: https://paraview.org/mailman/listinfo/paraview
[Paraview] quantifying overlap between two volumes
To whom it may concern, I just started working with Paraview for making 3D-images of the brain. More specifically, I want to quantify the overlap between the brain activation there is for some fMRI-task (one .vtk file) and some coordinates I have (separate .vtk files). Does anyone can advise how to start with this? I've been searching on the internet but I cannot find a clear answer to this question. Many many thanks in advance!
