When there are multiple attachments, evolution offers a Save All
button to save them all to file at once. But it's not working. I
press on Save All, a dialog box pops up for selecting the directory.
I press Save in that dialog box, but then nothing happens at all.
The attachments are not saved, the Save All dialog box is still
there. The Save button has been completely ignored.
The attachments are simply given as application/octet-stream, base64
encoding, in the Message Source, e.g.

Saving each attachment individually, one by one, works correctly.
