Please install the following manually and try again: mplex (GStreamer plugin) The missing library is actually libgstmplex.so which is supposed to be provided by the gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package. I marked this bug as important because brasero is GNOME's default DVD burning application and burning DVD Video disks is an important part of its functionality. As a workaround one can install the gstreamer0.10-plugins-really-bad package from the deb-multimedia repository (http://deb-multimedia.org/faq).
