JFlex.jar includes an ant task JFlex.anttask.JFlexTask, but this can't
be found by ant because JFlex.jar is not under ANT_HOME/lib.

This can be solved by symlinking /usr/share/java/JFlex.jar to
/usr/share/ant/lib/JFlex.jar.

See #292271 for a similar bug.

Bug#511306: separate python module antlr.py to avoid unnecessary dependencies

2009-01-09 Thread Jan Dittberner
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-
Hash: SHA1

Package: antlr
Severity: wishlist

It would be nice to have the antlr.py module in a separate package (i.e.
python-antlr). Its code has no relations to the Java antlr code and is useful
for other Python code. At the moment adding antlr as dependency for a Python
package (i.e. xlwt) pulls in lots of Java dependencies that are not necessary
for the Python code.

I'll try to prepare a patch against antlr's SVN.

Jan Dittberner
