Yes, absolutely (see bugs #512396 and #502851). I'm not a DD so cannot
upload packages, but someone in the pkg-java team will certainly sponsor
them for you.

BTW for future discussions we should use debian-j...@lists.debian.org - this

By the way: I've managed to build my Sesame2 packages and Soprano,

Great!

Well, it builds fine with version 0.9.9 and doesn't build with the packaged
version (newer, = 1.0 I think). But it probably is only a small fix.

I notice that the Aduna sources come without buildscripts but with a
pom.xml. Debian has support for Maven builds now (see maven-debian-helper)
so maybe that can be useful.

Hm alright. Well they build now, I've added a custom build.xml to the debian
folder.

Hi

We will look into re-fixing this for eclipse 3.5.0-1.

Until then you can install default-jre or default-jdk, which will
provide the default-java symlink (on i386 and amd64 this will be openjdk)=

Bug#548057: fixed

2009-09-23 Thread Debian Archive Maintenance
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

   jmp | 0.51-1 | powerpc
   jmp | 0.51-2 | source, amd64, i386

Note that the package(s) have simply been removed from the tag
database and may (or may not) still be in the pool; this is not a bug.
The package(s) will be physically removed automatically when no suite
references them (and in the case of source, when no binary references
it). Please also remember that the changes have been done on the
master archive (ftp-master.debian.org) and will not propagate to any
mirrors (ftp.debian.org included) until the next cron.daily run at the
earliest.

Packages are usually not removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks
unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems. The release team can force a removal from testing if it is
really needed, please contact them if this should be the case.

Bugs which have been reported against this package are not automatically
removed from the Bug Tracking System. Please check all open bugs and
close them or re-assign them to another package if the removed package
was superseded by another one.

Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you
have further comments please address them to 548...@bugs.debian.org.

help me turn the backtrace into something meaningful, I'd be happy to help

Bug#502879: azureus: has problems decoding file names in some torrents

2009-09-23 Thread Adrian Perez
tag 502879 + pending
--
TuxPaper managed to provide us with a patch that fixes the issue.
I have manually backported it, and added some variable that was missing
from it; that said, the changes are already integrated and should be
uploaded soon (4.2.0.8-2).
Thanks for your feedback.
