I wrote a small testcase to reprocude the failure. Its pretty simple.
I will forward that bug upstream as it doesnt have this bug in their
bugzilla yet.

After some further discussions on IRC we found out that this is bug in
gij-4.0. It doesnt occur with gij-4.1. Therefor I reassign it o gij-4.0.
I will try to backport the fix for this from gij-4.1.
